Submit Your Project for FEST 2026

22nd edition of FEST

New Directors | New Films Festival will take place from June 20th to 28th, 2026.

Film submissions for this edition are now closed, but you can still submit your project to the next edition of the Pitching Forum until the 6th of April. 

Until the 30th of March, the application fee is €60. From then until the final deadline, it is €85.

We are looking for:

• Feature & short length film projects and series projects in any development phase, from concept to post-production;

•  All genres and filmmaking techniques, including, fiction, documentary, animation, and experimental films.

The projects can be of all genres and filmmaking techniques, including animation and experimental.

The main selection criteria will be the artistic merit of the project, its estimated potential for success and its capacity to attract the necessary funding.

About Pitching Forum

Over 250 projects from all over the world have been presented at Pitching Forum, many finding partners, and later being presented at international festivals such as Berlinale. Among the experts present during the event were renowned industry figures such as Finola Dwyer (producer for Brooklyn and An Education), Tim Corrie (member of United Agents and ex-chairman of the BAFTA’s), or Gareth Wiley (producer for Matchpoint and Vicky Christina Barcelona), among many others.
