Motovun Film Festival is inviting submissions for its short-film program!
The aim of the festival is to reflect diversity: esthetical, thematical and geographical. Its short program celebrates films standing out with their stories, warmth and innovation. MFF holds more than 30 open air screenings in Motovun, Buzet, Split and Rijeka.
Eligible for submission are films of up to twenty minutes of running time that had their world premiere in 2020 or 2021, provided they did not have their Croatian premiere. Twenty-five films will be selected to be shown as part of the festival’s competition program Motovun Shorts. The winning film will compete for a European Film Award.
Submissions can be sent via FilmFreeway.com or ShortFilmDepot.com platforms.
Deadline: 5 June, 2021
