CYPRUS FILM DAYS 2021
The Cyprus Ministry of Education, Culture, Sport and Youth and the Rialto Theatre announce that the Call for Entries for the 19th Cyprus Film Days International Festival 2021, is now open!
The 18th edition, which was canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic (Covid-19), is followed by the 19th edition in 2021, which will take place from the 16th to 24th of April 2021.
The Festival, now in its 19th edition, will host for the 11th consecutive year an international competition section entitled «Glocal Images», inviting fiction feature films from Cyprus and abroad to submit their works. The Artistic Committee of the Festival decided to incorporate a Cypriot Films Competition Section, given that they fulfill the criteria as stated in the Festival Rules and Regulations.
Interested parties are invited to submit their films by Monday 11th of January 2021.

ΚΙΝΗΜΑΤΟΓΡΑΦΙΚΕΣ ΜΕΡΕΣ - ΚΥΠΡΟΣ 2021
Το Υπουργείο Παιδείας, Πολιτισμού, Αθλητισμού και Νεολαίας και το Θέατρο Ριάλτο ανακοινώνουν ότι δέχονται αιτήσεις συμμετοχής για το Διεθνές Διαγωνιστικό Τμήμα του Φεστιβάλ «Κινηματογραφικές Μέρες – Κύπρος 2021».
Τη 18η έκδοση, η οποία έχει ακυρωθεί το 2020 λόγω της πανδημίας (Covid-19), διαδέχεται η 19η το 2021, η οποία θα διεξαχθεί από τις 16 έως τις 24 Απριλίου 2021.
Το Φεστιβάλ, διαθέτει για ενδέκατη συνεχή χρονιά ξεχωριστό διαγωνιστικό τμήμα υπό τον τίτλο “Glocal Images”, στο οποίο θα μπορούν να συμμετάσχουν κυπριακές και διεθνείς ταινίες μυθοπλασίας. Θα υπάρχει Διαγωνιστικό Τμήμα Κυπριακών Ταινιών, εφόσον αυτές πληρούν τα κριτήρια όπως αυτά περιγράφονται στους όρους και κανονισμούς του Φεστιβάλ.
Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι καλούνται να υποβάλουν αίτηση συμμετοχής μέχρι την Δευτέρα, 11 Ιανουαρίου 2021.
