Aliki has written and directed three feature films, ROADS AND ORANGES (1996), BAR (2003) and CHINATOWN - THE THREE SHELTERS (2018), and the documentary KARAVANSARAI (1998), that have received several awards and quality = distinctions around the world. Aliki has a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Film Production from Tisch School of the Arts-New York University and a Master’s Degree in Philosophy, Fulbright Scholar, from New School for Social Research and has participated throughout the 25 years of her career in many workshops including Torino Film Lab and MFI. She works extensively in theater, and has directed several commercially and creatively acclaimed plays.
Η Αλίκη έχει γράψει και σκηνοθετήσει τρεις μεγάλου μήκους ταινίες, ΔΡΟΜΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΠΟΡΤΟΚΑΛΙΑ (1996), ΜΠΑΡ (2003), και CHINATOWN – ΤΑ ΤΡΙΑ ΚΑΤΑΦΥΓΙΑ (2018) καθώς και το ντοκυμαντέρ KARAVANSARAI (1998). Οι ταινίες της έχουν βραβευτεί σε κυπριακά, ελληνικά και διεθνή φεστιβάλ. Έχει Bachelor’s of Fine Arts στο Film Production (Σενάριογραφία / Σκηνοθεσία) από το Tisch School of the Arts-New York University και Master’s Degree in Philosophy, ως υπότροφος Fulbright, από το New School for Social Research. Η Αλίκη έχει συμμετάσχει στα 25 χρόνια της καρίερας της, σε αρκετά σεμινάρια και εργαστήρια σεναρίου εκ των οποίων και το Torino Film Lab και το Μεσογειακό Ινστιτούτο Κινηματογράφου. Δουλεύει εκτεταμένα και στο θέατρο και οι παραστάσεις της έχουν τύχει σημαντικής εμπορικής και καλιτεχνικής αναγνώρισης.
